By downloading or using the Moonlight Magic app ("Moonlight Magic," "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are a child, please review this together with a parent or guardian. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Moonlight Magic is a game for young children: mixing potions, a memory-matching game, a flying game, camera filters, and a collection of characters to meet, set in a gentle night-sky world. It has no accounts, no chat or messaging with other people, and no way for one player to contact another.
Moonlight Magic is designed for use by children, typically with a parent or guardian's awareness. A parent or guardian is responsible for a child's use of the App, including any in-app purchase made through it. See Section 5 for how purchases are protected.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
Moonlight Magic offers one optional purchase, "Unlock Everything" — a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks the remaining levels, worlds, filters, and characters. It is eligible for Apple Family Sharing.
Before the purchase screen ever appears, the App shows a grown-up gate — a short typed-number question meant to be answered by an adult, not a young child. The purchase screen itself, and all billing, is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we do not process payment details ourselves.
All purchases are subject to Apple's own App Store terms, including its refund policies. Requests for a refund should go through Apple, not to us, as we have no ability to issue one directly.
The App, its characters, artwork, and content are owned by SkillQuestApps and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not extract, redistribute, or use the App's art, characters, or content outside of playing the App itself.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to bypass the grown-up gate or purchase system, or to reverse engineer or tamper with the App in any way not permitted by these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillQuestApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and its purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
