Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the CuePro app ("CuePro," "the App," "we," "us") handles information. CuePro is a training and shot-planning aid for pool and billiards.

Short version: CuePro does not collect, transmit, or share your personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no tracking, and no advertising. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

CuePro does not ask for, collect, or transmit:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details
• Account credentials (there are no accounts)
• Location data
• Contacts, calendars, or health data
• Advertising or tracking identifiers
• Analytics or usage telemetry

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share any data with third parties.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

Some information is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to us or anyone else:

• Ball layouts and shot analyses you create exist only while you use the App and are not saved off-device.
• App settings and preferences (such as game mode and your acceptance of the Terms of Use).
• A free-trial usage counter. To provide the free trial, the App keeps a count of how many analyses you have run. This count is stored in your device's Keychain and may persist if the App is deleted and reinstalled, which helps prevent the free trial from being reset repeatedly. This counter is a number only — it is not linked to your identity and is never transmitted.

You can remove locally stored settings by deleting the App.

3. Purchases

CuePro offers a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive or store your payment information, card details, or Apple ID. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

4. Camera and Photos (Future Feature)

A future version of CuePro may let you use your device camera or photo library to detect a table layout. If and when that feature is added, any images will be processed on your device only and will not be uploaded to us or any third party. This policy will be updated before such a feature ships.

5. Children's Privacy

CuePro does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no personal data, it is suitable for a general audience.

6. Data Security

Because CuePro does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no personal data for us to secure on a server. Information stored on your device is protected by iOS's standard app sandboxing and, for the trial counter, the device Keychain.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You control all on-device data by managing or deleting the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, noted in the App.
