How does the free trial work?

CuePro starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then in iOS Settings without being billed.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → CuePro. From there you can switch plans, cancel, or see your next renewal date. Cancelling keeps your access through the end of the current period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

I reinstalled the app — do I have to pay again?

No. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not the app install. If you're signed in with the same Apple ID, CuePro should recognize your active subscription automatically. If it doesn't, look for a Restore Purchases option in Settings.

Can I get a refund?

All billing is handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple rather than us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Camera Table Scanning

CuePro didn't detect all the balls — what do I do?

Every scan opens a review screen before it's used, so you can add a missed ball, remove a false detection, or fix a number by hand. For the best results: shoot from an angle that shows the whole table, avoid strong glare on the felt, and make sure all four corners of the table are visible in frame.

Does CuePro save my table photos?

Not by default. Photos are processed on your device and discarded once a scan is done. If you'd like to keep a copy of tricky scans to help us improve detection, turn on Settings → Scan Diagnostics → Save Scan Photos — off unless you enable it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use a photo I already took?

Yes — when you start a scan you can choose "Take Photo" or pick an existing photo from your library.

Referee Tool

Why is Referee not recording anything in the simulator/preview?

Referee needs a real camera, so it only works on a physical device.

Where do my recordings go?

A clip only leaves the Referee tool if you tap Save, which adds it to your Photos library. Otherwise it's discarded automatically when you're done reviewing it.

Tournament Brackets

How many players and tables can I run?

The tournament tool supports single-elimination, double-elimination, and round-robin (with groups and an optional playoff) brackets for large groups, with byes handled automatically for player counts that aren't a power of two, and you can set however many tables you're actually playing on.

Does it track who plays where?

Yes — the "Up Next" list keeps table assignments stable as results come in, so a match doesn't jump between table numbers as the bracket updates.

The app is behaving oddly — what should I try first?

Force-quit and reopen CuePro. If that doesn't help, check the App Store for a pending update, and if the issue continues, email us with a short description (and a screenshot, if it's visual) so we can take a look.
