CuePro is a training and shot-planning aid for pool and billiards. Its recommendations — shot selection, aiming lines, cue-ball paths, spin, force, and safety plays — are computed estimates produced by a simplified physics model. Real-world results depend on your table, cloth, balls, equipment, and your own skill and stroke. CuePro makes no guarantee that any recommended shot will succeed.
CuePro is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Billiard Congress of America (BCA), the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA), or any other governing body. Rule summaries in the App are provided for convenience only and are not official rules.
The App's best-shot suggestions and multi-shot run-out plans are generated automatically by a computer algorithm that enumerates possible ball-and-pocket combinations and evaluates them with a simplified physics simulation and scoring heuristics. Each suggestion is only one possible approach — it is NOT the single "correct," optimal, or absolute best line of play, and the App does not attempt every conceivable option.
Recommendations may be incomplete, imperfect, or unsuited to your specific table, cloth, equipment, or situation, and a knowledgeable player may reasonably prefer a different shot. Do not rely on any recommendation as guaranteed to be the best play, or to result in a made shot, a successful safety, or a completed run-out. You are solely responsible for the shots you choose to attempt and should always apply your own judgment.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App may offer a one-time purchase that unlocks full functionality. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
The App, including its design, graphics, algorithms, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, and you may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted in the App.
