Features

Everything the family needs to know, in one huddle

Start a huddle for the person you care for, then invite the people who help: siblings near and far, hired caregivers, and the neighbor who drives to appointments.

ER

ER Mode, one tap away

The essentials responders and ER staff ask for: conditions, allergies, medications, doctors and emergency contacts, on one screen with larger text. It keeps working even if the huddle's subscription lapses.

💬

Updates from everyone

Quick updates and photos from family, and shift notes from hired caregivers, so everyone sees how today went at a glance.

💊

Every dose logged

Keep the medication list with doses and refill dates. Log each dose so everyone can see it was given, and nobody doubles up.

📅

Appointments and rides

A shared calendar of visits, with who's driving, questions to ask the doctor that anyone can add, and notes from the visit.

✅

Tasks that get done

Hand out things like "pick up the prescription" or "call Medicare", and see when they're done.

🔑

The right access for each person

Admins decide who sees what. A hired aide can see the meds and schedule without seeing family photos or documents.

📁

A shared binder

Care plans, insurance cards and advance directives in one place, shared only with the people who need them.

🌙

An evening summary

Instead of a flood of texts, get one gentle summary of the day at 7 PM where you are. Turn it off any time.

🔒

Safe on a lock screen

Notifications for doses, appointments and tasks never show medication names.

🤝

Help & resources

Trusted, mostly free programs for caregivers: help lines, respite, Medicare and Medicaid help, veterans benefits, and state programs in 21 states, with more states being added.

How it works

Up and running in a few minutes

Start a huddle

Sign in with just your email, no password, and start a huddle for the person you care for. Add their medications, doctors and ER details as you go.

Invite the people who help

Send a link by text or email. Family, caregivers and helpers join free in under a minute, on iPhone or in any web browser.

Stay in the loop

Everyone logs doses, shares updates and picks up tasks, and everyone sees the same picture of how things are going.

Pricing

One subscription. The whole family included.

Only the person who starts a huddle pays. Everyone they invite is always free.

Privacy

Private by design

Each huddle is private and invite-only. What you add is seen only by the people in that huddle, and only the parts its admins let them see.

No ads, ever. We never sell your information, and we never send health details to advertising or analytics companies. You can delete your account any time, right in the app.

Not medical advice, and not an emergency service

Huddle Buddy organizes and shares what your family enters. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give dosing advice. Always follow the advice of your loved one's doctors and pharmacists.

In an emergency, call 911. ER Mode can show responders the key details, but don't rely on the app or anyone in a huddle to respond to an emergency.
