Inviting family and caregivers

Admins tap More → Invite someone, choose what the person is (family, caregiver or helper), and send the link by text or email. People you invite join free, on iPhone or in any web browser.

Premium and billing

One admin’s Premium covers up to 2 loved ones, and everyone they invite. To cancel or change your plan, open your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in Huddle Buddy go to More → Manage subscription.

Signing in

Huddle Buddy has no passwords: enter your email and we’ll send a 6-digit code. If it doesn’t arrive within a minute, check your spam folder or send a new code.

Deleting your account

Go to More → Delete my account. The app shows exactly what will happen to each huddle before anything is deleted. If you’re a huddle’s only admin, another member becomes its admin.

In an emergency

Call 911. Huddle Buddy’s ER Mode can show the loved one’s key details to responders, but it isn’t an emergency service.
