See exactly when and how you snored

By downloading or using the Snore Signals app for iPhone and Apple Watch ("Snore Signals," "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Snore Signals records audio while you sleep, detects snoring in that recording on your device, and shows you when it happened, how loud it was, and, if you allow it, your heart rate from Apple Health. It has no accounts and no server; your recordings stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
Snore Signals is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or condition, including sleep apnea or any other sleep or breathing disorder. It can miss snoring or mistake other sounds for it, and its decibel and heart-rate figures are estimates, not clinical measurements.
Do not use Snore Signals in place of advice from a doctor, and do not delay seeking medical care because of anything the App shows or doesn't show. If you're concerned about your sleep or breathing, see a doctor.
A recording captures all sound in the room, which may include other people. You are responsible for using the App only where you are allowed to record, for complying with any laws about recording others, and for letting anyone who shares the room know that you're recording.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
Recording, snore detection, nightly summaries and the timeline are free. Snore Signals Pro adds trends, remedy insights, data export, and the Apple Watch app. It is offered as:
Prices are shown in the App before you buy. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policies. Refund requests go to Apple; we have no ability to issue one directly.
Your recordings and nights are stored on your device. We don't hold a copy and can't recover them for you. If you delete the App, use Delete All My Data, or lose your device without a backup, that data is gone. Keeping a backup is up to you.
The App, its design, artwork and content are owned by SkillQuestApps and are protected by intellectual property law. Your recordings are yours.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, including recording people without a right to, or to attempt to bypass the purchase system, or to reverse engineer or tamper with the App in any way not permitted by these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will capture every recording in full, or that its snoring detection, loudness, or heart-rate figures will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillQuestApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including any health decision made on the basis of it. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and its purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
