The app opens on a painted meadow and settles into a Today screen whose sky changes through the day: sunrise, daylight, then moonlight with stars and the occasional shooting star. Ready to Quit Smoking? gains a recovery timeline of eleven milestones, from the first twenty minutes to fifteen years — add the day you stopped and the app counts how long you have been smoke-free and marks what you have already reached. Milestone information is sourced from the WHO, the American Lung Association, the CDC and the American Cancer Society, all listed in Settings.
